Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how DevMasterMind, operated by Muhammad Usman ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with Pirates Fury (the "Application").

The Application was built to run entirely on your device. It does not require you to create an account, and it does not collect or transmit your personal information to the Developer.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location, to the Developer.

The Application does not include analytics tracking, advertising networks, or social media integrations of any kind.

3. Locally Stored Game Data

To save your progress, the Application stores certain gameplay data on your device, such as your currently unlocked stage and in-game settings, using Android's standard local storage mechanism (PlayerPrefs).

4. Information Collected by Google Play

The Application is distributed and sold exclusively through the Google Play Store. When you download or purchase the Application, Google Play independently collects certain information, such as your purchase history, device information, and payment details, in order to process your transaction and deliver the Application to your device.

This information is collected and processed directly by Google, in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. The Developer does not have access to your payment or billing information at any point.

5. Device Permissions

The Application does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, or call and SMS logs. Any permissions requested are limited to those required for standard installation, local save-data storage, and normal operation on the Android platform.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for a general audience. Because the Application does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Parents and guardians should refer to the Application's official content rating on the Google Play Store before allowing a minor to download or use it.

7. Data Security

Because the Application does not collect or transmit personal data to the Developer, there is no server-side database of user information for the Developer to maintain or secure. Any information handled by Google Play in connection with your purchase is protected under Google's own security practices.

8. Third-Party Services

Other than the Google Play Store itself, the Application does not currently integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytics services, or social sharing features. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be revised accordingly before that update is released.

9. Your Choices

Because the Application does not collect an account or personal data, there is no personal data held by the Developer for you to access, correct, or delete. You may remove all locally stored save data at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.

10. International Users

The Application is offered globally through the Google Play Store. Because the Developer does not collect or process your personal data, no cross-border transfer of personal data by the Developer occurs in connection with your use of the Application.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Application or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Application after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
